For proper sterilization control, it is recommended to use a biological control in each load, whenever implantable products are used, in all other cases according to the center’s protocols.

INCUBATION:

Activate by pressing (manually or with tweezers) the center of the indicator body until the ampoule containing the culture broth breaks.
Put it in contact with the spore strip at the base of the vial and place it in the incubator.
Incubate immediately after activation.
