The Trekc Cart Dental Unit is an advanced electromechanical unit that offers multiple functionalities and comforts for both the dentist and the assistant. With programmable memories and various configuration options, it is ideal for any dental clinic looking for efficiency and ergonomics.

Main Features:

Assistant Tray:

• Rotating tray with touch panel:
  • Chair movement control.
  • Guide for filling glass and automatic sweeping of the spittoon.
• Includes 4 hoses:
  • 1 triple water-air-spray syringe.
  • 1 LED photopolymerization lamp.
  • 2 Cattani® type suction hoses, with 2 suction cannulas: surgical and saliva ejector.

Water Group:

• Rotating porcelain spittoon:
  • Supported by the chair, it moves in tune with it.
  • Constant temperature water heater of 40ºC.
  • Mignon type shut-off valve and spittoon valve.
  • Adaptable to both Dürr®/Cattani® type wet ring suction and dry ring suction.
  • Tecnomed Italy pressure regulators, Dürr® type water, air and solids filters.
  • Double distilled water tank (1 litre + 1 litre).

Lamp:

• Intensity: 8000-35000 Lx. Power: 23W.
• Progressive change of light intensity. *The lamp may be subject to change.

Movement Systems:

• Safety system in limit movements (lowering chair and backrest) and when instruments are in use.
• Electro-pneumatic motor with up, down and trendelenburg movements, controlled from the assistant’s tray and the pedal.

Multifunction Pedal:

• Joystick for movement control.
• Instrument control.
• Control button for the position of the equipment, switch for water control of the spittoon and for air and water of the handpiece.

Surgical Cart:

• Instrument tray:
  • Hanging hose system with 5 hoses.
  • Triple water-air-spray syringe.
  • 1 hose with Midwest 4 connection (optional induction micromotor).
  • 2 Drive air Midwest 6 hoses with LED light.
  • 1 electronic ultrasound with EMS compatible LED light.

Touch Keypad and Pedal Control:

  • Chair position control: Allows you to raise and lower the chair in height and vary the inclination of the backrest.
  • Position memorization: Allows you to memorize 9 positions.

Cart Movement:

• For the doctor’s convenience, the cart can be raised and lowered using two front buttons (82.5cm +-7.5cm).

Foot Pedal:

• Foot pedal to control the use of rotary instruments.
