Shipping Policy
Delivery geography:
– Mainland and Balearic Islands:
Shipping to Mainland and Balearic Islands is free for orders over 100€ (VAT not included). For orders under 100 euros (VAT not included), the shipping cost is 5 euros.
– Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
Delivery is not provided

– International deliveries ( Not EU ):
We also deliver products worldwide. The cost will be calculated when you place your order. Delivery time worldwide except Spain is up to 11 working days

Delivery period:
If you place an order and pay before 12:00, the goods will be shipped the same day and you will receive them the next day or the day after shipment.
The total delivery time will be 1-2 days.
If the item is ordered and paid for after 12:00, we will try to ship it the same day, but there may be a delay of 1 day. The total delivery time will be 2-3 days from the time of order and payment.

Delivery content:
In most cases, you will receive your order in one package, but sometimes, to speed up delivery and for your convenience, we may send your order in several packages. However, the delivery time and shipping fee will remain unchanged.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, not on holidays.
The delivery time to the Balearic Islands is between 2 and 5 working days.
Delivery times are always approximate, in 99% of cases they are met, but it must be taken into account that the couriers are travelling and it is not always possible to meet the expected deadlines.
VERY IMPORTANT: In some exceptional cases, items may be out of stock and delivery may be delayed. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can exchange the item, refund the purchase price or simply wait until we receive the item in stock.

Return Policy
If you have placed an order with Meddentalstuff and want to return it, there will be no problem. Just keep the following in mind:

You have 15 days to do so from the date of receipt of your order.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Product condition: New only / Defective merchandise

Defective merchandise – Returns are the supplier’s responsibility. Money is refunded after the marriage is confirmed.

Remember that it is very important that the product or its packaging is not altered. In the event that we send you a larger item in the original packaging, you will always receive it properly protected to avoid possible alterations during transport. Remember that if you want to return it, you will have to protect it in the same way or by a similar system. For health and safety reasons, items with opened packaging or security seals cannot be returned.
At Pusiko we will take care of collecting the merchandise you wish to return.
To return an order, you must return all the items included in it. Even if they have arrived in different shipments.
All products that have been opened and put into service ARE NOT RETURNABLE. If you require it, for the products you have purchased from us, we can offer you the possibility of managing technical assistance with the manufacturer who offers the guarantee and from where they tell us how to proceed in each case.

How to make a return to Meddentalstuff?

2. Check the items you want to return
Tell us the address and time of receipt of the products.
Please confirm that all details are correct.
3. Once we receive your request, we will contact you by email to confirm the collection details.

Please note:

You must prepare the package in advance of the scheduled delivery time.
You must ensure that the product is adequately protected during transport. Pusiko is not responsible for returns that arrive damaged at our warehouses due to not being properly packaged for shipping. We recommend that you place the product in a box that serves as protective packaging to prevent damage to the product or its box during transport. You can use, for example, the same cardboard box in which we sent it to you or a similar one.
It is important that the product and its original packaging are not altered. For health and safety reasons, items with opened security seals cannot be returned.
If the item arrives at our warehouse and is not in the condition required for return, you can pick it up at our warehouse or receive it in our hands. In this case, the buyer is responsible for returning the goods.
4. When we receive the goods and the warehouse confirms that everything is correct, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used when placing the order. This process may take approximately one week.
