BADER SONICBLASTER 50µm Micro-Sander

The BADER SONICBLASTER 50µm micro-sander is ideal for use on metals, porcelain and resins. In addition to creating micro-retentions on the inside of crowns, it is useful for cement removal and general cleaning. It includes a Midwest coupling to the dental chair, making it very useful for working together with the BADER micro-sandblasting chamber in the sandblasting process.

Description of the sandblasting process:

Sandblasting is an industrial surface cleaning technique based on the projection of an abrasive material together with pressurized air. Sand was the traditional abrasive, from which the name comes, but today materials such as aluminium silicate, glass microspheres, pumice, bicarbonate, vegetable shot, brown corundum, white corundum, plastic shot or steel shot are used for sandblasting.
