BIOART MICRO SANDBLASTING MACHINE FOR METAL BLASTING

Micro polymer sandblasting machine with nozzle and 138º ejector needle for use with metals. It is recommended to maintain a distance of between 5 and 10 mm between the tip and the surface to be treated.

Application and uses in jewelry:

Suitable for cleaning micro-fusion parts and final finishes: Operation with Venturi system: the machine projects the abrasive that we ourselves place in its tank. This allows us to generate different finishes and textures depending on the speed and grain size.

· Angular prism that unifies the surface of the piece allowing effective cleaning of coating residues after casting. It subsequently generates a uniform finish.

· Micro sphere that generates a satin effect. It can be used in the preparation of surfaces for a subsequent galvanic treatment or as a final finish.

· Possibility of combining finishes by applying reserves to the pieces.

Application and uses in dentistry:

Indicated for all types of intraoral and extraoral treatments where the highest precision and ergonomics are required:· Micro retentions for orthodontics, 50 micron granulation prostheses.

· Cleaning and recycling of 90 micron granulation brackets.

· Removal of cement from metal, resin and other material crowns.

· Internal cleaning of ceramic and resin inlays and onlays.

· Cleaning or degreasing of metal and ceramic when using the “intra-oral ceramic repair” technique.

· Occlusal sandblasting for interference adjustment, replacing the use of burs.

· Internal adjustment of crowns for positioning and seating.

· Adjustment of interproximal contacts.

· Cleaning of cast parts.

· Removal of oxides.

Installation:

Installed using a nut with a pin on the compressed air network. Includes instruction manual. Does not include coupling for connection to the equipment.
